One desk, no inbox
Help comes from one place.
Something broken, or something that could work better — both go to the support desk that Assist With Life runs for every space in the family.
No support address, no contact address, no mailbox behind the scenes, and no plan to add one. Anything that looks like an Assist With Plants email address is not ours and nobody reads it. The support desk is the way to reach a person.
What to send
- What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected instead. Plain language is enough.
- Which part of Plants it happened in — the workspace, the Queue, a brief, an import, export or delete.
- An improvement counts too. “This was confusing” is a report worth making.
What the desk knows about you
Your words, the space and page named in the link, the release you were on, and the email address you type there so the report has an owner. Not your account, not your plants, not your observations, not your files. Nothing from your workspace travels with the link, and the desk cannot read it.
For the same reason, please do not paste passwords, card numbers, or another person's details into it.
Two honest notes
The desk is still being finished, and it says plainly at the top whether it is accepting reports yet. If intake is closed when you arrive, nothing you type there is saved — that is deliberate, and better than a form that quietly loses your words. Come back to it, or check What's New to see when it opens.
There is no chat thread and no automatic reply. The fix, or the improvement, is the reply — so being specific about what you expected to happen is the fastest way to get it.
Things support cannot do
Nobody at the desk can identify a plant, diagnose a problem, or tell you how to care for something. That is not modesty; it is the same boundary the whole product keeps. What your chosen AI can help with, and exactly how, is on Your AI.
